About Aditi Joshi

Aditi Joshi, the visionary founder of Aspire Plus Consulting, brings a unique blend of corporate experience, academic insight, and heartfelt commitment to empowering others. Her journey, from her role as a Corporate Customer Service Associate at JP Morgan to being a dedicated homemaker, has given her a well-rounded perspective on the challenges and aspirations of individuals across different walks of life.

Aditi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from Mithibai College of Arts. She has further honed her skills through a Masterclass in Child and Parent Counselling from NHCA Singapore and is certified in Global Career Counselling in collaboration with UCLA Extension and a certification with Lighthouse NGO for mentoring 10th graders to pursue their career.

Her work extends beyond consulting — Aditi has actively counselled students and women looking to restart their careers, offering them clarity, confidence, and direction. She currently collaborates with an NGO to counsel underprivileged students, helping them navigate academic and career choices with informed support. Her passion for guidance is also reflected in her contributions to career-related content creation and collaborative research projects focused on student development and career pathways.
